Harrison Fun Studio has created XN Québec’s new brand identity. This redesign aims to better embody the collective strength and richness of Québec’s digital creativity industry: a dynamic network of professionals who celebrate the coming together of talent and ideas.
As the industry gains recognition on the international stage, XN Québec wanted to develop a brand image that matched its ambitions. Developed in close collaboration with Harrison Fun, this visual identity embodies the sector’s maturity, innovation, and vitality.
This transformation also extends to the subsidiary brands— NUMIX, NUMIX LAB, and Effet Québec—which are now part of a cohesive and unified ecosystem.

“We wanted an image that would reflect the talent of our members and showcase our mission and the excellence of our industry,” says Sara Cruz Romero, communications advisor at XN Québec.
“This new image reflects who we have become: a close-knit, interconnected community that is resolutely focused on the future. Following our strategic shift initiated at the XN Summit, it reaffirms our ambitions as a mature, responsible, and internationally influential industry,” adds Jeanne Dompierre, Executive Director of XN Québec.

At the heart of the proposal is a network of interconnected individuals who inspire and influence one another to form a dynamic community. Each connection represents an initiative or a collaboration—like a process of creative cross-pollination that fosters exchange, nurtures connections, and reflects collective richness.
“With this new identity, we wanted to convey the strength of the members who drive XN Québec. Featuring a strong, impactful universal design across all its media, its logo celebrates the coming together of talents and ideas.”
We designed a rich and impactful visual system—a color palette dominated by blue, black, and white, enhanced with secondary colors, gradients, and textures, along with a structuring typographic approach—all organized around a connecting grid that is sometimes visible and sometimes subtle. The identities of the subsidiary brands are built on these same foundations, so that the parent brand shines through their shared DNA.
“A cohesive and dynamic brand identity that reflects a mature, bold, and constantly evolving industry,” says Lisa Arduini, co-founder of Studio Harrison Fun.
Nearly ten years after becoming XN Québec, the industry association is thus reaching a pivotal milestone, one that reaffirms its central role in Québec’s cultural and creative industries.
