L’oiseau mécanique
Massif de Charlevoix – Atelier Occhio
Get out of the nest and take flight with L’oiseau mécanique. This luminous, nearly 4 km-long mountain-side ride takes place between heaven and earth, in the comfort of the Massif de Charlevoix ski area’s gondolas and chairlifts.
The mechanical bird spread its wings in 2023. For its second year, the route has been redesigned and now includes a “festive and welcoming zone with campfire and terrace at the top of the mountain”.
Immersion Québec
Maison historique Chevalier, Québec – Volcan
Don your virtual reality headset and discover the history of the Capitale-Nationale region through a 40-minute immersive documentary.
This fun and educational VR experience is followed by an interactive phase where participants are invited to handle a tablet computer to learn even more about Quebec City’s past.
Pink Floyd – The Dark Side of the Moon
Le Grand Théâtre de Québec, Québec – Hubblo Immersion and La Tribu
Time. Breathe (In the Air). Money. Us and Them. It’s hard to forget the hits that follow one another on the legendary album by progressive rock legends Pink Floyd.
The Grand Théâtre de Québec is celebrating the 50th anniversary (already!) of the release of this anthology album by setting up an outdoor dome and presenting a 360-degree film featuring the music of the English quartet.
Not to be missed if you’re a fan of the band, or if you want to introduce a new generation to their music.
Cité Mémoire Charlevoix
La Malbaie – Lemieux Pilon 4D Art
The Cité Mémoire project, created by Lemieux Pilon 4D Art studio, has expended to the Charlevoix region.
All you need is a mobile app to access the five projections: Avoir du cran, La drave, Ti-Louis l’aveugle chez les Forget, Les muses de Charlevoix and Être d’adon. On the program, a lyrical journey through the history of the region. All in a breathtaking natural setting.
Onwha’ Lumina
Wendake – Moment Factory
Winner of the 2023 NUMIX AWARD in the In Situ – Expérience category, Onwha’ Lumina invites you into the heart of Huron-Wendat culture.
Conceived by Moment Factory in close collaboration with Wendake’s tourism office, the trail is designed to illuminate the region’s night-time landscape and highlight elements of local culture. Despite the innovative and spectacular nature of the experience, a great deal of work was required to ensure respect for tradition.
L’expérience planète énergie
Cité de l’énergie, Shawinigan – Normal Studio
Normal Studio is responsible for the multimedia show L’expérience planète énergie, presented as part of the permanent exhibition Planète Énergie at the Cité de l’énergie in Shawinigan.
A multisensory journey, this experience will help you discover “energy”, the mysterious force that constantly surrounds us. The show is part of Cité de l’énergie’s mission to educate the public about Shawinigan’s history and heritage, as well as the region’s industrial context.
Anisipi: À la découverte de l’eau
Amos – Moment Factory
Head to Amos to discover Anisipi: À la découverte de l’eau,
Through four immersive stations designed by Moment Factory, you’ll encounter water and the Anicinape culture, deeply linked to a territory marked by the glaciers that carved their way through it. The Ville d’Amos and Pikogan invited the Montreal studio to design this route, which, located along the watershed, allows you to rediscover emblematic sites of the region.
Partez en mer!
Musée de la Gaspésie – Idées au Cube
Take to the high seas, while staying dry, with the virtual reality film Partez en mer at the Musée de la Gaspésie in Gaspé.
This immersive voyage by Idées au Cube puts you in the boots of a documentary filmmaker as you climb aboard a fishing boat in 1963.
Take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy other exhibits, such as the digital installation Portraits vivants and the permanent multimedia exhibition À la confluence des mondes.
Biolumen
Place des Canotiers, Shawinigan – Radah Chaddah, Raw Design and Jack World
Radah Chaddah, Raw Design and Jack World join forces to create the interactive public space installation Biolumen on the banks of the St-Maurice River in Shawinigan.
From July 5 to August 25, don’t miss this experience “where light, sound and texture combine to create a space where art, science and nature mingle”.
Foresta Lumina
Parc de la Gorge de Coaticook, Cantons de l’est – Moment Factory
When night falls, the magic awakens in Coaticook’s Parc de la Gorge. The Moment Factory team has created a “2.6 km illuminated night-time trail”.
And as proof of its exceptional quality, the experience has been collecting awards for almost 10 years now. Back in 2015, Foresta Lumina won the NUMIX Grand Prix. This year, the course continues to attract attention, earning Tripadvisor’s “Traveler’s Choice Award”.
Tonga Lumina
Mont-Tremblant – Moment Factory
Set off on a pilgrimage to find the venerable Tonga, “the ancestral protector of fauna, flora and rivers”.
The adventure begins on a ski lift. At mid-mountain, hikers follow a 1.5 km illuminated trail through forest, glades and streams.
Village Parallèle
Village québécois d’antan, Drummondville – Moment Factory
From 9pm, the past is projected into the future at the Village québécois d’antan in Drummondville. Metamorphosed into a zany sound and light experience by Moment Factory, the venue becomes a playground for young and old alike.
Visiting a fortune-teller, admiring fabulous projections on a church façade or enjoying a drink in a speakeasy are just some of the activities on offer during these colorful evenings.

Put down your needles for an augmented reality tour of a 175-year-old wool production and processing mill.
It will knock your (wool) socks off.
St-Jean-Vianney aux pieds d’argile
Centre d’histoire Arvida, Arvida – Stratéolab and Balado Boréal
On May 4, 1971, a major landslide swept away 42 houses and killed 31 people in St-Jean-Vianney, Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean. This tragedy forced the dismantling of a municipality of 1,700 inhabitants.
The Centre d’histoire Arvida is offering a digital tour of this vanished village in augmented reality. To do so, simply download the app available on App Store and Google Play and scan the QR codes found on six kiosks located around the territory.
The Centre d’histoire Arvida app also includes two additional digital tours: Église Sainte-Thérèse-de-l’Enfant-Jésus d’Arvida and Arvida, un rêve à l’échelle humain.
Origine
L’ermitage Saint-Antoine du Lac-Bouchette – Matièrs
The first Scala Santa in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region has been transformed into an immersive room hosting performances of the Origine experience.
Lasting 30 minutes, the projection takes a poetic and luminous look at “the evolution of humanity, environmental protection and the knowledge of living beings”.
